Great Wrist Stretches



The Prayer

1. Hold hands in a prayer.
2. Spread fingers out and turn them toward the chest.
3. Keeping your fingers together, lower you hands until the fingers almost separate.





Kneeling

1. Kneel down with knees and below parallel to the floor.
2. Position upper body in a push-up position.
3. Bring hands together to shoulder width.
4. Turn palms inside so fingers face the knees.
5. You should be able to feel the stretch.
